Lauryn is an exceptional human and body worker. I first came to her at 30 weeks pregnant and did the partner massage. It’s been so helpful for my partner to learn how to massage me during pregnancy. It’s become an extra layer of support he can provide for me when my back, hips, shoulders and neck feel the strain of pregnancy. She was so supportive and calm whilst teaching him how best to approach my body during pregnancy and birth. I also recently had a massage with her and honestly melted into such a state of bliss. She knows what to do, and how to do it and her confidence and experience working with pregnant bodies means that she doesn’t ’avoid’ certain areas like other massage treatments/ places. It’s a full body experience that so worth investing in. Pregnancy is so full on, Lauryn helps make it feel more manageable with her expertise and dedication to her craft.

I booked a Birth prep massage with Lauryn after a recommendation from my Doula in week 37 of pregnancy. Then booked every week and changed my 41 week prep massage to a labour massage ❤️. Everything Lauryn did, massage, acupuncture and acupressure, helped me achieve my ideal birth. Lauryn, not only is an expert, she has such a good calm and collected energy and was able to answer all the many questions I asked her.
