Breech balancing is about making space for the baby to move
With a combination of muscle and ligament releases in the mother's body.

Lauryn combines a mix of the Spinning babies tilt and place holder technique with her TCM understanding of eastern breech practices.
She may do massage releases, Moxa and acupuncture, depending on the type of breach.

This treatment can be done to support EVC, and it will also be essential to do the homework to reinforce the therapy

C-section Scar Massage

C-section scar Massage can be done 8 weeks after the procedure, and it is designed to promote healing and reduce discomfort. This gentle and effective therapy can help improve mobility, reduce scar tissue buildup, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're in the early stages of recovery or further along in your healing journey, Lauryn will use myofascial muscle release, mobilizations/alignments, Moxa, needling, and neuromuscular touch. Her sessions are designed to promote healing, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

I’ve been so lucky to have experienced the most incredible pregnancy massages with Lauryn. Lauryn is exceptionally skilled, taking time to understand my specific needs and relieves tension without discomfort. As soon as you walk in you feel at ease. Whether you’re expecting or post partum or other, I highly recommend Lauryn’s treatments—it’s an absolute game-changer!

Update: I just wanted to add that I had another massage 2 days before my due date. I gave birth on my due date and my baby turned to the optimal position after being posterior before seeing Lauryn. I achieved my dream birth (spontaneous labour and baby arrived within 6 hours) and I place the credit on the birth prep massage and labour coping techniques Lauryn taught me! Highly recommend!

I have had such a wonderful experiences with Lauryn. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I initially came in for a breech balance session, and not only was the massage relaxing and grounding, but it actually worked — baby turned shortly after!

Her knowledge, gentle approach, and calming presence made all the difference. I saw Lauryn a few more times during my pregnancy, including a pre birth massage the night before my induction and an incredibly relaxing post partum session too.

Lauryn deserves more than 5 stars!

When I first met Lauryn I was in such a bad state, I had severe scatica pain down the front of my leg, I couldn't find anyone to help me. My midwife recommend Lauryn. I couldn't walk, sit or lie down, I was sleeping on the floor just to get some comfort. Within my first visit I felt an instant difference, Lauryn sent me excerises to follow and from my second visit, my scatica pain disappeared!!
I am honestly in awe of Lauryns knowledge on all things pregnancy, she goes out of her way to help and most of all she is an awesome human being! I always have such a good time when I see her. I look forward to my next appointment with my partner so she can show him some techniques to help me during birth.

Lauryn is simply amazing. I cannot recommend her services more highly for any pregnant person!

I never had any physical issues during my pregnancy - my first session with her was a nice gift from my partner rather than to address any bodily issues - and it was so good I went back a total of about six times during my pregnancy and post-partum.

Lauryn is incredibly knowledgeable and specialised for pregnancy massage - it's not just a 'feel good' kind of massage you might get from an ordinary day spa - she really connected with me, by body and its needs, and my pēpi. That she is so kind is just a bonus.

Lauryn is so much more than a massage therapist—she is a true support system and friend! I started seeing her early in my pregnancy, booking in monthly sessions that became fortnightly as I got closer to my due date. Her massages were an absolute lifesaver, helping with all the aches and pains that come with growing a baby.

When I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital with preeclampsia, a scan revealed my little boy was breech. Lauryn went out of her way to send me exercises and movements I could do from my hospital bed to help turn him. When I was finally granted a short ‘day leave,’ the very first place I went was to see her. She had spent time researching preeclampsia and consulting with her mentor to tailor a specialised session just for me—something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it speaks volumes about the level of care she gives her clients.

By the time I saw her, I had managed to turn baby myself, but she worked her magic to help keep him in position. Now, postpartum, I continue to see Lauryn and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She will without a doubt be my go-to throughout any future pregnancies. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, takes the time to understand your body, and goes above and beyond, Lauryn is the one. I can’t recommend her highly enough and tell every women I know to give her a visit!

Lauryn is amazing, I’m only sad she doesn’t do regular massage as she is one of the best I’ve come across. I attribute pregnancy massage with Lauryn and acupuncture with Pauline from Zing (found on Lauryn’s contacts page) to turning our breach baby and having a successful VBAC. She is so knowledgeable and her remedial massage is an amazing treat pre and post-natally.
