Breech balancing is about making space for the baby to move
With a combination of muscle and ligament releases in the mother's body.

Lauryn combines a mix of the Spinning babies tilt and place holder technique with her TCM understanding of eastern breech practices.
She may do massage releases, Moxa and acupuncture, depending on the type of breach.

This treatment can be done to support EVC, and it will also be essential to do the homework to reinforce the therapy

C-section Scar Massage

C-section scar Massage can be done 8 weeks after the procedure, and it is designed to promote healing and reduce discomfort. This gentle and effective therapy can help improve mobility, reduce scar tissue buildup, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're in the early stages of recovery or further along in your healing journey, Lauryn will use myofascial muscle release, mobilizations/alignments, Moxa, needling, and neuromuscular touch. Her sessions are designed to promote healing, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

I went to see Lauryn as I was overdue and baby was in a asynclitic position. She worked her magic and I went into labour 8 hours later and had a 4.5 hour VBAC with a 10 pound baby. Would definitely recommend!!

Lauryn was recommended to us by our doula, as a trusted expert on pregnancy massage.

I booked in a partner massage training session, so I could better support my wife- and Lauryn was an excellent teacher and guide. She supported me through a whole routine of different types of touch, and a variety of strategies to use at different points in the pregnancy and labour journey.

She took time to check what I was doing, and to help my partner communicate what she needed. At each point, I felt respected and taken care of- which built my confidence to try new things.

Afterwards, Lauryn gave me bunch of great handouts and video links, which I've found useful for reference- her instagram is a good resource too. I wholeheartedly recommend Lauryn for her skills, vibes, aftercare and value for money. She is the real deal.

Lauryn is magical! I'd had horrific hip pain for 4 months due to being pregnant, there were times I couldn't walk or bend over because of it. I saw Lauryn for a massage and acupuncture and she completely fixed it in one session - never felt even a twinge again. I wish I'd gone to see her far earlier in my pregnancy. She also did a birth prep massage before my induction which I believe helped to speed up my birth as well as exercises to do at home and while in labour. I can't recommend Lauryn enough, and think every pregnant woman needs to see her at least once!

Update: I just wanted to add that I had another massage 2 days before my due date. I gave birth on my due date and my baby turned to the optimal position after being posterior before seeing Lauryn. I achieved my dream birth (spontaneous labour and baby arrived within 6 hours) and I place the credit on the birth prep massage and labour coping techniques Lauryn taught me! Highly recommend!
