I booked a Birth prep massage with Lauryn after a recommendation from my Doula in week 37 of pregnancy. Then booked every week and changed my 41 week prep massage to a labour massage ❤️. Everything Lauryn did, massage, acupuncture and acupressure, helped me achieve my ideal birth. Lauryn, not only is an expert, she has such a good calm and collected energy and was able to answer all the many questions I asked her. She was an integral part of my birth team without being in the room and I can’t recommend her enough! 🌟💫🌟💫🌟💫

I just had my second baby and throughout my third trimester, I came to see Lauryn as part of preparing for a VBAC. I loved every appointment and always left feeling amazing! I believe Lauryn was a big part of the reason I was able to have an unmedicated VBAC and that my little one came 4 days early. My body felt totally ready and prepared after seeing Lauryn. Not to mention, some pampering was exactly what I needed in those final weeks of pregnancy. I suffered quite a bit of pain in my first pregnancy and this time round I had none. Her wealth of knowledge on pregnancy and postpartum was invaluable! I'd highly recommend Lauryn to any mum about to have a baby.
