37wks into latent labour this treatment is a combination of opening movements, acupressure and aromatherapy to help let your baby know its time for them to join us earth-side.

Birth Prep Massage 60mins

This treatment is best done in the first six weeks after birth to help heal. Let me know if you wish to bring your baby in the comments. If you struggle to get in before six weeks, the first three months is the 4th trimester.

Postpartum Massage 60mins

for a woman going through any ART or just a woman experiencing fertility issues that needs nourishing massage

Fertility Support Massage

This session is for those back-to-your-back babies who need support to change to optimal. We will work together to help encourage the baby to change positions. I will use a combination of massage movements concentrated on the back and glutes, and then I'll give yoga and spinning babies take-home techniques to balance the posterior baby.

Posterior Balancing

45min with mum to massage what she wants her partner to know then 45min with partner massage training. after the session, you will receive a Custom PDF with bespoke moves tailored to your needs

Pregnancy & Labour Partner Massage Training

This session can be done from 38wks right up to 42wks or in lantent labour. In this session I will a combination of acupuncture points, essential oils and massage movements to help prepare your body for your birth. 

Birth Prep Session

Breech balancing is about making space for the baby to move 
With a combination of muscle and ligament releases in the mother's body.

Lauryn combines a mix of the Spinning babies tilt and place holder technique with her TCM understanding of eastern breech practices. 
She may do massage releases, Moxa and acupuncture, depending on the type of breach. 



This treatment can be done to support EVC, and it will also be essential to do the homework to reinforce the therapy

Breech Balancing  60Mins

C-section scar Massage can be done 8 weeks after the procedure, and it is designed to promote healing and reduce discomfort. This gentle and effective therapy can help improve mobility, reduce scar tissue buildup, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're in the early stages of recovery or further along in your healing journey, Lauryn will use myofascial muscle release, mobilizations/alignments, Moxa, needling, and neuromuscular touch. Her sessions are designed to promote healing, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility.

C-section Scar Massage

This session is for someone in latent labour needing further dilation using TCM methods or to get the baby into the mid-pelvis. NB typically book on the day of the night before.

Labour massage 60Mins

You are a current client or have been throughout your pregnancy 
I am not taking on any new clients who are not in the childbearing years

Long Term Massage Client

This treatment is for the recovery of birth in any form. If you wish you can bring the baby to the session just let me know in the comments section.
